GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Hosting
Rooms are available from 3pm on the day of arrival.
They must be vacated by 11 am on the day of departure.
If you are staying with us over a weekend outside school holidays or public holidays, you may keep your room on Sunday until 6:00 p.m. when having lunch at the hotel restaurant.
Simply let us know upon arrival.
All our rooms are non-smoking
Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in the hotel.
BOOKINGS
The prices on our website include VAT.
At the time of booking, tourist tax will be added per night and per person (over 18).
All bookings must be guaranteed by a valid bank card. To do this, depending on the date on which you book your stay, a payment or at least a bank imprint will be taken at the time of your booking.
On site, we accept Visa, Eurocard and Mastercard as well as cash. Unfortunately, cheques are not accepted.
Group Bookings
Any booking involving five (5) rooms or more, whether made under a single reservation or by several guests who know each other (family, friends, organized group, company, etc.), is considered a group booking.
As such, group bookings cannot be made directly through the hotel’s website.
They must be arranged directly with the hotel reception, either by phone or by email.
The rates, payment terms, and cancellation policies applicable to group bookings may differ from those displayed on the hotel’s website.
They will be specified at the time of the request and confirmed in writing.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation of a stay must be requested in writing and the conditions depend on the type of tariff and the booking channel. Please refer to the latter for the conditions applicable to you.
In the event of interruption or no-show, the remaining stay will be invoiced in full.
BABIES AND CHILDREN
Cots and high chairs are provided free of charge during your stay.
We also have two baby monitors available at reception, which work throughout the hotel and its surroundings.
Please don’t hesitate to ask for one at the front desk upon arrival.
PARKING
Free private outdoor parking is available as well as 2 Electric recharging points.
