Nestled within the private estate of Les Hayes Boutique Hotel in the heart of Sologne, Le Cyprès Chauve is a bistronomic restaurant celebrating seasonal cuisine crafted from fresh, locally sourced ingredients, some of them cominfg directly from our vegetable garden. Each dish showcases the flavours of the Loire Valley while reflecting the creativity of our chef, in an elegant yet relaxed atmosphere.
During the warmer months, enjoy lunch or dinner on our terrace overlooking the château’s gardens and parkland. Surrounded by peaceful woodland and the natural beauty of the estate, it is the perfect setting for a romantic dinner, a family lunch or a memorable meal with friends.
Restaurant opening times vary throughout the year:
– High season (July & August): Open daily for lunch and dinner.
– Mid season (May, June & September): Open every evening except Mondays, and for lunch from Friday to Sunday.
– Low season: Open Thursday to Sunday evenings, and Saturday and Sunday lunchtimes.
Exclusively for hotel guests: when Le Cyprès Chauve is closed, we invite you to enjoy the warm and intimate atmosphere of our Château Table d’Hôtes. Savour generous, home-style cuisine served in the château’s dining room or, during the warmer months, on its peaceful terrace overlooking the estate.
